The friendly and attentive staff made a significant impact on my stay, particularly during breakfast where a pleasant variety of organic food was offered. I encountered issues with the toilet in my room, which took longer to fix than expected, and there was some confusion about breakfast egg options. The vibrant atmosphere of the bar was a highlight, but greater clarity on menu items would enhance the experience.

The vibrant décor and modern design gave me a delightful sense of comfort! The hardwood floors and lovely mirrors made the space feel airy and welcoming, perfect for a senior with a flair for style.

Room sizes were far too cramped for comfort!!! The shower pressure was inconsistent, leading to a rather frustrating experience. the bathroom cleanliness could definitely use an upgrade!!! Not to mention, the lack of microwave in the room was a real inconvenience!!!

Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed exploring the lively spots around Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, with loads of bars, restaurants, and great vibes. The hotel staff were super helpful, and the breakfast...  

Excellent proximity to Paddington Station with quick access to transport and nearby attractions like Hyde Park. The room's international electric sockets made charging devices easy, and having complimentary tea and coffee available 24/7 was a nice touch....

Excellent location just a few minutes from Paddington station. The Single Styloroom was cozy with air conditioning, tea/coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast had a great mix of options including cooked dishes and pastries. Complimentary coffee and snacks available anytime were a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

This place suits me perfectly. The wi-fi is fast, the luggage storage is convenient, and the 24-hour reception is very helpful. I still remember how the staff assisted me with currency exchange during my first stay. A fantastic choice!...

I stayed in the Single Styloroom, and honestly, it was compact but comfy for a solo traveler. The bed was soft, and the bathroom, though small, had decent water pressure. Room was clean and warm, just what I needed after a day out. The decor was quirky, which added some charm. Could’ve used a bit more space, but for a London stay? It worked just fine.
